Creative Cafe

Corridor took part in Culture Shift’s Creative Cafés run by Artswork as part of Arun Inspires. We spent time  working with Year 9 pupils in The Littlehampton Academy and The Regis School in Bognor Regis asking them to think about public art and create a visual map about the experience of living in their towns.

 

 

 

 

 

They told us what happens, where to go and importantly what’s missing. We asked them to think about what artwork or projects might make a difference.

The Arun Inspires programme focuses on young people whose attainment and aspiration is lower than their peers, showcasing the relevance of creative skills and growing wealth of opportunities the creative industries can offer to Year 9 students soon to be choosing their options.
